When you, as a user, report or manage a discrepancy, improvement suggestion, accident, or other in AmpliFlow, authority and responsibility for the deviations are automatically assigned using the affected processes that were selected at registration.
But - It is not uncommon, however, that you need to involve other people to get things in order.
That's why we have now launched “participants” in AmpliFlow's deviation module!
It's pretty simple.
If you have access to a deviation, you can add or remove participants by simply adding them as Involved - they now have full access to everything in the specified deviation!
Smooth, isn't it?
When you add someone as a participant, an e-mail message is immediately sent to the person with information that they have been involved in a deviation. Via the email, the person can directly navigate to the deviation and start processing it - just as easy as it should be.
Of course, we have also updated the main page for Deviations so that you can see who is involved there, and also filter by that directly in the table.
Advanced Tip: You can also specify individuals as participants for all deviations directly in the deviation template. For instance, you might want to include all software developers as participants immediately when a bug report is filed.
