What is a training plan?

What is included in a training plan?
When creating a training plan, you should include the following information:
- Training: Describe the type of training that is planned, including its purpose, objectives and content.
- Responsible Manager: Indicate who is responsible for organizing and carrying out the training.
- Resources: Specify the resources needed to carry out the training, such as training materials, space and equipment.
- People to be trained: Choose which employees to participate in the training, based on their existing skills and training needs.
- Deadline: Set a date for when the training will be completed.
- Status: Specify the current status of the training, such as planned, ongoing, or completed.
- Log completed: After the training has been completed, record the date and any comments on how the training went.
- Evaluation: Describe how the effectiveness of training should be evaluated, for example by measuring changes in skill levels or job performance.
- Date Evaluation: Enter a date for when the evaluation was conducted.
- Comments: Please add any additional comments about the training and its implementation.
- Outcome evaluation: After the evaluation is completed, record the results and any actions that need to be taken to improve future training efforts.
