We are excited to announce the latest updates to AmpliFlow, designed to enhance your experience and make managing your workflows smoother and more intuitive. This release focuses on improving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) features, streamlining data import capabilities, and providing more control over user permissions and KPI management. Here's a rundown of what's new:
We've removed the accordion feature from the KPI listing page, allowing for a cleaner and more straightforward view of your KPIs.
Now, you can visualize KPI data through charts directly within the KPI view modal, making it easier to understand your performance metrics at a glance.
Clicking on a KPI now opens a detailed view in a modal, where you can easily navigate through different years of data or close the modal to return to the main page.
Users with the appropriate roles or responsibilities can now edit KPI details, including name, description, formula, data sources, filters, responsible parties, and target values, ensuring that your KPIs are always up to date.
Changes to KPI targets or values for manual data sources are now logged in a history table, allowing for an audit trail of modifications made over time.
Users with "Owner" permissions can now import data using an Excel file, streamlining the process of adding stakeholder information to AmpliFlow.
A new filter has been added to the user page, enabling you to easily view or hide archived users, keeping your user management tidy.
This update includes several improvements to ensure the continued security of your data and workflows.
You now have the ability to set custom threshold values for KPIs, enabling more precise monitoring and status reporting based on your unique performance criteria.
Setting targets for KPIs has been made more flexible, allowing you to autofill values and customize threshold levels for better goal management.
Updates have been made to ensure that users see only the KPIs they have access to, based on their roles or responsibilities, ensuring data privacy and focused performance tracking.
New roles for KPI management have been introduced, including Owner, Editor, Contributor, and Viewer, providing granular control over who can view, edit, or manage KPIs.
We hope these updates make your AmpliFlow experience even more productive and satisfying. As always, we're here to support you, so if you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.
