Release Notes 2025-03-10 to 2025-03-16

Last week, we made several exciting updates to AmpliFlow. We've added new features to make managing photos and templates more intuitive, improved user permissions, and fixed various bugs to ensure smoother interactions.

New Features

  • Added previewable and openable thumbnails for photos in checklist reports, allowing you to quickly view images without navigating away. (Applies to newly uploaded photos only, historic photos will be handled in the coming weeks).
  • Introduced image thumbnails in custom lists, so you can easily see a preview of photos associated with list items.
  • Converted template description fields to support rich text formatting (markdown), making it easier to include links and formatted text for better communication. We will add this functionality to other text fields over time. Got a specific field you long for? Reach out!
  • Implemented new permissions for "Pages," giving owners, editors, and viewers more control over content management. Making Pages beta 1 step closer to being available for all customers.

Improvements

  • Improved user history representation by clearly displaying usernames of archived users, with strikethroughs for better clarity.

Fixed Bugs

  • Resolved an issue where archived users displayed as "Not Found" in the history, ensuring accurate historical records.
  • Fixed inconsistencies in search functionality within checklist reports, so you can reliably find the checklists you need.
  • Addressed an issue where users and teams were sometimes unexpectedly removed from their roles, maintaining consistent role assignments. We are working on a fix to restore these "missing users and teams".

Thank you for using AmpliFlow. We are committed to continuously improving your experience. Please don't hesitate to contact support with suggestions for future development or bug reports.
