Last week, we made several updates to AmpliFlow to enhance user experience and streamline the improvement process. These updates focus on better user involvement and notification management, improved visibility of improvements, and various other enhancements. Below is a detailed list of the changes you can expect.
• User Involvement and Notifications: When creating an improvement form, you can now define who is involved and set up notifications for roles such as process owners, the reporting user's manager, and specific users. This helps in effectively managing the improvement process and ensuring the right people are informed.
• Visibility of Improvements: Users can now see all improvements they are involved in under the /improvements section, making it easier to track and manage tasks.
• Involvement in Registration: You can now add involved users directly in the registration step, allowing the most suitable individuals to start contributing immediately.
• Goal Form Updates: The Goal Form now disables the save button while saving is in progress to prevent duplicate submissions.
• Security Improvements: Various security enhancements have been made to ensure the safety and integrity of the application.
• User Experience Enhancements: Implemented loading indicators and made visual adjustments to improve the user experience during data mutations and interactions.
Thank you for reading and using AmpliFlow. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to enhance your experience with our application.
