We're excited to share the latest updates to AmpliFlow, designed to enhance your experience and productivity. Our commitment to improving AmpliFlow continues with this week's release, focusing on providing more flexibility, better organization, and clearer communication. Whether you're managing tasks, analyzing risks, or setting goals, these updates are crafted to make your workflow smoother and more intuitive.

What's New in AmpliFlow:

1. Enhanced Step Management:

You now have the ability to unlock steps that were previously finalized. This added flexibility means you can make necessary adjustments or corrections to steps even after completion, ensuring that your project's workflow remains adaptable to changes.

2. Improved Tasklist Accessibility:

An issue preventing the tasklist from displaying in Cognit has been resolved, ensuring you have uninterrupted access to your tasks.

3. Refined Email Notifications:

Email notifications now accurately describe task assignments, replacing the generic 'input action' with 'task' for better clarity.

4. User Interface Enhancements:

The visibility of improvement form names in the Select Improvement Form modal has been improved, allowing you to easily see and select the appropriate form.

The text indicating completed tasks has been removed for a cleaner look, making it easier to focus on active tasks.

5. Goal and KPI Management:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals now sort by name by default, with numerical sorting corrected for a more logical order. For example, '11' now correctly follows '10', streamlining the organization.

KPI editors can now drag and drop to reorder KPIs, offering more control over the presentation and prioritization of key metrics.

6. Risk Analysis Tool:

A new feature introduces a Risk Matrix Chart to the Operational Risk Analysis page, enabling a visual representation of risks based on their probability and impact. This tool aids in identifying and addressing potential risks more effectively.

7. Localization Improvements:

Swedish translations have been updated for the unlock step feature, ensuring clarity and understanding for Swedish-speaking users.

8. Technical Enhancements and Fixes:

Improvements to webhook functionality and live reload ensure smoother integration and real-time updates.

The display of numbers in KPI progress bars now respects the specified number of decimals, ensuring accurate representation of data.

Ongoing security enhancements are implemented to protect your data and privacy.
